會員積分兌換條款

Redeem Terms & Conditions

1. 歡迎新會員！ 首次兌換將不扣除任何積分，並會自動記錄該次消費金額以作日後累積之用。
   Welcome to all new members! Your first redemption will not deduct any points, and the purchase amount will be recorded for future accumulation.
2. 新會員必須於婚展當日親臨兌換處（40樓 WeddingHK 兌換處，服務時間為中午12時至晚上8時）完成首次兌換手續，逾期不候。
   New members must complete their first redemption in person on the event day at the designated redemption counter (40/F WeddingHK Redemption Counter, service hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM). Late redemption will not be accepted.
3. 積分將按當日實際付款金額計算（不包括未付款或取消訂單）。
   Points will be calculated based on the actual payment amount on the day (excluding unpaid or cancelled orders).
4. 會員每消費滿 HK$100，可獲 1 分。
   Members will earn 1 point for every HK$100 spent.
5. 所獲積分可用於未來之會員專屬優惠，以及於 AIRSIDE 婚展中兌換指定禮遇。
   Accumulated points can be used for future member-exclusive offers and for redeeming special privileges at the AIRSIDE Wedding Expo.
6. 每筆積分自入分日起計，有效期為12個月，逾期將自動失效，恕不另行通知。
   Each point earned is valid for 12 months from the date it is credited. Expired points will be forfeited automatically without prior notice.
7. 積分不可兌換現金，亦不可轉讓予其他會員。
   Points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. 每次兌換前，會員需出示其專屬 QR Code，讓工作人員掃描以核實身份。
   Members must present their unique QR code for staff to scan and verify their identity at the time of redemption.
9. 一般情況下，積分將於完成兌換手續後1天內顯示。如超過1天仍未見積分更新，請聯絡我們（電郵：member@weddinghk.hk）。
   Points will normally be reflected within 1 day after completing the redemption process. If not updated after 1 day, please contact us (Email: member@weddinghk.h).
10. 部分限定活動、合作品牌或特定商品可能不適用積分兌換，詳情請參閱活動細則。
    Some promotions, partner brands, or selected items may be excluded from point redemption. Please refer to specific campaign details.
11. 如有任何爭議，大會保留最終決定權。
    The organizer reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
